Silicone oil HC-4548 is a four-component silicone oil is composed by four silicone oil emulsions with different performance properties. When used, they are blended together to form a silicone emulsion with special molecular structure. It is especially suitable for polyester staple fiber with higher resilience/bouncy finishing, plus excellent stability, good film-forming performance with competitable cost . and more impotant is this silicone oil has no problem of agglomeration during application. It is a mature and stable silicone oil that has been tested for a long time in the market.

[Application recommendation]

Spinning before use: add 0.5%-1% of our company's spin finish oil HC-4018. 

After spinning: use HC-4548 silicone oil with adjustable amoun .

1) Hot air velocity ≥ 1.5 m/s

2) Moisture content of fiber strands: <10%

3) Carrying rate of bath liquid: 8-10%

4) Carrying rate of silicone: 0.4-0.6 % for fiber weight

5) can not mixed with anion additives.
