 【Product performance】

1.It has excellent water solubility, decontamination, emulsifying, lubricating, cleaning, dispersing, antistatic and antirust properties, excellent electrolyte compatibility, and stability to heat and alkali. It has the advantages of acid resistance, alkali resistance, hard water resistance, inorganic salt resistance, high temperature resistance, good biodegradability and low irritation. At the same time, it has strong degreasing power.

2.It has antistatic properties, smoothness, wettability, and corrosion inhibition, and is used as a raw material for improving spinnability in synthetic fiber processing. It is hygroscopic and still has good antistatic properties at low temperature. It is widely used as an antistatic agent in chemical fiber oil. Used as industrial alkaline cleaning agent and dry cleaning agent, metal working fluid, organophosphorus pesticide emulsifier, main component of textile oil.

3.High activity and stability can be obtained at the pH value of 6~7. Recommended dosage 3~12%.

【Application】

It is suitable for spinning static elimination of synthetic fibers such as polyester, cotton, and polyvinyl chloride, and has excellent antistatic effect. This product can be used alone, and can be diluted with water in any proportion to make an aqueous solution, so that the fiber bundles can pass through the above solution, or by spraying to eliminate static electricity. The dosage is generally 0.1-0.3% of the fiber weight.
