HC-8066 started with a desire to taken experience people expected more simple application and splendid quality silicone oil (smoothness and environment friendly) applying on polyester staple fiber production process. Finally, molecular has been optimized and re-designed this all-new feather silicone oil treatment system by us, the production process is more environmentally friendly, the treated fiber is more smoothness.

a) Requirement for water: below 10 us/cm (electroconductibility), 3mg/L (hardness), 6.0-8.0(PH).

b)This chemical is specifically designed for 0.5-3.0D PSF lubrication, please test the applicability before applied to other usage.

c) All chemicals may have adverse effects on the environment and the human body, our products are mixtures of chemicals, all unit including our company and user shall be in accordance with the protocol/ low of environmental protection and occupational health, to take preventive measures to prevent environmental pollution and occupational health risks. Pay attention to the factory site ventilation, please reference the MSDS for precaution.

d) This chemical will froze below -5 ℃, heating to 20-30 ℃ till completely dissolve before application, won't affect the quality.

e) Kindly note the performance of drying oven, malfunction of drying will decrease the fastness b/w fiber and silicone oil emulsion, and even degrade the lubrication of fiber. Please improve the dryer and make sure more moisture/ humidity can be discharged out of factory site.

f) Quality valid: within 12 months, keep sealed under room temperature, out of sunshine.
