[Application recommendation]

Spinning line: It is recommended to add 0.2%-0.6% of HC-4018 spin finish oil.

Drawnline: HC-8566 can be mixed with water at the recommended ratio, and the dilution ratio can be adjusted according to the desired effect of the fiber. Both the spraying process and the dipping process are applicable.

[Notes]

1) Water quality requirements: conductivity below 0.98us/cm, hardness below 3.1mg/L (as CaCO3), pH 7.0-8.0.

2) This silicone oil is used for fiber production. Before using this silicone oil for other purposes, please test the suitability and use it carefully.

3) All chemicals may have adverse effects on the environment and human body. For details, refer to the standard for safe use of chemicals.

4) This silicone oil will freeze when it is below 0 °C. It will be completely dissolved by heating it to 20-30 °C before use, and it will not affect the quality.

5) Pay attention to the oven and exhaust as much moisture out of the workshop as possible.

6) The shelf life of this product is 6 months. Easy to transport.
